Services ->Technology demonstrators -> Collaborative Robotics / mobile

Stable infrastructure attached to the European Digital Innovation Centre DIGIS3, for Testing and Experimentation services in Industry 4.0.
Description
The demonstrator, contributed by affiliated entity KEYLAND SDG, displays in operation an integrated system of collaborative and mobile robotics solutions (KUKA AMR, PRAMAC trolley, DOOSAN cobot, KUKA cobot, and Synersight AGV) with industrial software (SAP ERP, AVEVA MES, Remote by Keyland) and its middleware K-ISS: Integration System Software.
The K-ISS middleware ensures a complete and efficient integration of all these elements, enhancing collaboration between systems, robots and people in the production environment.
Elements of the demonstrator

Integrated 4.0 technologies:
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Global plant management systems (MES/MOM)
- Maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Warehouse management systems (EMS)
Robots applications:
- Transport of components and/or finished products within the plant or warehouse
- Packaging automation at line ends
Communication protocols used:
- API-REST
- MQTT
- MODBUS
- OPC-UA
- ETHERNET-IP
- PROFINET
- Connections to databases (BBDD)
Facilities for operators:
- Exposure of an API-REST that allows active interaction with the system
- Ability to connect from any device on the network, such as computers, tablets or mobile phones, using a custom interface
