The industrial company SKRETTING Spain joins the Digital Innovation Hub Industry 4.0 as a new partner, contributing its leadership in innovation and sustainability in the field of aquaculture feed manufacturing.
With a strong presence in Burgos, where it has had a production plant in Cojóbar for decades, the company contributes to the hub with its expertise in industrial digitization, sustainability, and continuous process improvement.
An international leader in the design and manufacture of feed tailored to different species and stages of aquaculture, SKRETTING Spain combines science, technology, and environmental commitment in all its operations. Its production center in Burgos, which recently expanded its logistics capacity, leads advanced projects in industrial digitization and energy efficiency. In March 2025, the plant achieved a major milestone by becoming the first European factory certified by ASC Feed, a recognition that validates its sustainable and responsible approach throughout the supply chain.
In addition to its innovative dimension, the company is actively involved in the local industrial fabric, participating in initiatives such as Burgos Industria and consolidating its role as one of the region’s leading businesses.
With its incorporation, SKRETTING Spain will contribute to DIHBU with a strategic vision of innovation in the agro-industrial field, as well as addressing challenges in Industry 4.0 and needs to be resolved within the framework of the hub.
