This training is organised by the Project Eagle, jointly between the project partner L3CE (Lithuanian Cybercrime Center of Excellence for Training, Research & Education) in collaboration with the CYSSME (Cyber Security and Data Protection for Small Medium and Micro Enterprises) project.

The training is intended for SME employees who want to acquire or improve their knowledge in the field of cybersecurity. The training is not intended for advanced IT professionals.

Course Content

  1. Introduction
    An overview of the current cybersecurity landscape.
  2. Theoretical Part: Cyberthreats
    • Threat statistics.
    • Types of incidents and preventive measures.
  3. Legal Framework
    • Criminalized activities under key EU regulations, with practical examples.
    • Business obligations derived from cybersecurity regulations (comparison with GDPR).
    • Employee responsibilities and liabilities.
  4. Case Study
    Analysis of a relevant practical case.
  5. Practical Workshops
    Interactive exercises to apply the knowledge gained.
  6. Knowledge Assessment
    Final verification of the concepts learned.
