They are currently in a stage of exploration and discovery of cutting edge technology solutions.

One area of particular interest to them is the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in their database. With an impressive volume of 100,000 records, they are looking to exploit machine learning capabilities and the generation of personalized offers.

Their primary objective is to empower and optimize their operations, always seeking excellence and efficiency. Their goal is to make the most of their own database to streamline existing operations, focusing on tasks of high strategic relevance.

They are in a Discovery phase and at this moment there is no clear implementation date, the execution timeframe is yet to be defined, but it is expected that it could materialize in the 2025-26 horizon.
