Abstract
Cuidatia is a platform that allows to recommend the best social and health care service for each personal situation, adapted to the characteristics of the claimant, their socio-demographic situation and the availability of the service itself.
In this presentation they focus on the most innovative technological aspects, which include a recommendation system and an avatar for interaction with users. Both are based on the use of artificial intelligence models.
This prototype of this system applied to CUIDATIA has been developed and is currently being tested, with the support of the PADIH program, through the services of the Digital Innovation Center DIGIS3. With these services the company has had the option to integrate emerging technology such as AI models, constituting an interesting value proposition.
Motivation of the CUIDATIA platform
More and more people over 65 years of age live alone. This, linked to the fact that a large part of the elderly population lives in rural areas, poorly communicated and with few services for their care, highlights the need to develop technological solutions to improve access to these services.
Cuidatia is a platform developed by ADI & SALU TIC, a company focused on improving the quality of life of the Elderly Person by developing associated technology in a dual care pathway: On the one hand, Care for Dependency and Disability associated with age, Life Histories, Home Care, Physical and Cognitive. On the other hand, promoting actions for Independent Living by developing actions to improve and maintain through Active and Healthy Aging, the quality of life of the Elderly.
Part of the advances presented have been developed in the framework of the PADIH services in collaboration with DIHBU financed with European funds, according to the Order ICT/1296/2022.
The project promotes the promotion of innovation and the adoption of disruptive digital technologies by ADI & SALU TIC through different services provided by DIHBU as a collaborating entity member of DIGIS3.
